Logan Harris is Senior Policy Analyst at the North Carolina Budget & Tax Center (BTC), a nonpartisan nonprofit organization that documents economic conditions in North Carolina and partners with organizations and communities across the state to advocate for policy making that builds racial equity and end poverty. Logan analyzes social and economic data to create accessible data products for BTC’s partners and the public and conducts issue-specific research on topics including income supports, early childhood education, and digital inclusion.
