Alecia is a Program Manager at Empowered Parents in Community (EPiC), a Black-led, community-rooted organization committed to decolonizing education and championing the success of Black children in school and life. With over a decade of experience in education, primarily in Special Education and Early Childhood Intervention, she centers advocacy, education, and empowerment in all that she does. Deeply family-oriented, Alecia brings that same sense of care and connection to my work and relationships. A proud hobby enthusiast, she is always exploring something new, but her love for reading is a lifelong constant.
